MotorcycleUSA announced that it will finally showcase its Brammo Empulse RR in a live racing event. The company will compete in the North American TTXGP. Piloting the RR will be racing editor Steve Atlas of MotoUSA fame.

The Empulse RR has been in the test phase for over a year, so, hopefully, it will be well polished and ready for some good lap times. If test laps at Thunderhill  Raceway earlier this year are any indication, the bike should perform well.

After extensive testing, the only question about the bike’s performance will be the rider. Rumor has it that Steve Atlas is doing a little more than just sitting on the bike, so that may be a non-issue as well.
